Villa Olímpica
(Construction project supervised by SICSA)
  The Villa Olímpica was created with the purpose of establishing the infrastructure for training world-class athletes.
It is composed of:
• A Multi Disciplinary Gymnasium, outfitted for providing all the needed resource for the practice of olympic gymnastics, it has areas for judges, training area, and locker rooms. It is also outfitted for the practice of Karate, Tae Kuan Do and Judo.
  For basketball and volleyball, the court is fitted with a hardwood maple floor.
The adjacent building houses an Olympic Indoor Pool, it has climate control for olympic swimming training in all its modes, as well as water polo and synchronized swimming.
